LAMAG is committed to building a diverse team and welcomes people who would like to build relationships between the gallery and its audiences.
Volunteers work in the following area:
Facilitators are people-focused volunteers who engage with our visitors and improve their experience by providing appropriate information on the exhibitions on view in the Gallery. Facilitators also help to maintain the Gallery throughout the day, but their primary focus is on helping visitors.
The gallery recruits volunteers on a rolling basis throughout the year. Please note this is unpaid, volunteer-based opportunity.
If you are interested in this role, please send a 1 page introductory letter to firstname.lastname@example.org outlining your interests, skills and relevant experience.
The LAMAG Internship Program provides individuals with hands-on experience in working at a contemporary arts institution where they can grow their knowledge and develop their leadership skills, while also providing invaluable support to exhibitions, programs, and staff. The Internship Program offers an opportunity for positive growth as well as an immersive learning environment. LAMAG is committed to building a diverse team and invites people of all talents, ethnicities, cultures, religions, gender identities and sexual orientations to apply. Please note that internships are unpaid.
The gallery recruits interns on a seasonal basis. Please check back for further information on our Fall Internship Program.
